Twenty three years ago, I went to a pre-natal check up on this day, which led to the emergent delivery and arrival of Zachary. As we celebrate his achievements and victories this week I will be off-line spending time with our superstar son. We’ll be making sure he knows exactly how much he is loved, how very perfect he is, and how proud we are of his milestone of reaching his 23rd birthday. We are humbled and look forward to enjoying this celebration in the coming week.
As we approach this Memorial Day weekend, let’s also bring to mind and honor all who have died in service to our country, and around the world. It’s the least we can do to say “Thank You” for protecting our freedom.
